mr Anwar, he is the trainer of the sahazad afridi and he make him the best body builder there are so many body builder in Pakistan who can make our country to proud on us but are not coming in that particular profession because their is no support to our body builder from the Pakistani Government

he is in the one of the Pakistani body builder who moved from Pakistan and lead their country out of Pakistan and make us proud and their is also no support of Pakistani Government even though he tries to make us proud.
We must support all the builder in Pakistan who try to keep this profession life.One of the most biggest gym in Pakistan not in only Pakistan but also in Asia HAJI health club they are also working for this and most of other gym in Pakistan providing their service.May ALLAH bless them
My purpose of making this blog is to promote this profession and our Pakistani builders.There are so may other builder to whom we do not know,we should promote this profession.
